The window accessory improves the heat storage capacity and thermal inertia of awindow, and can rotate door and window blades filled with phase-change materials according to sunlight irradiation. The phase-change door and window blades can be placed towards the outside and are adjusted by rotating the blades according to the sunlight elevation angle when heat is exchanged with the outside world during the day; when the indoor temperature needs to be adjusted at night, the phase-change door and window blades can be placed towards an indoor space, and the phase-change materials make direct contact with outside air or indoor air to release heat, so that building energy consumption is reduced; the phase-change material blades can be put down on sunny days, and heat storage is conducted through solar energy, so that the effects of heat preservation and sound insulation are achieved; the phase-change material blades can be put away on cloudy days to improve the indoor lighting effect; and the characteristics of the phase-change materials can be fully utilized to improve human settlement conditions of buildings, so that energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved.
