The invention provides a drill barrel structure of a rotary drilling rig. A piston, a pressing rod and a lock hook are installed in a drill barrel, a push rod and a rack push rod are installed at thetop of the drill barrel, a power pressing disc makes contact with the rack push rod firstly during soil unloading, and the lock hook is driven to rotate through the rack push rod, a linkage assembly and the pressing rod so as to control a bin door on the drill barrel to be opened and closed; and then the power pressing disc makes contact with the push rod, and the piston is driven to move throughthe push rod so as to push soil in the drill barrel to enable the soil to fall off from the drill barrel. According to the drill barrel structure of the rotary drilling rig, the soil unloading qualityand the soil unloading working efficiency can be effectively improved, and automatic opening and closing of the bin door are achieved; and the rotary drilling rig does not need to unload the soil through shaking, so that noise pollution is greatly reduced, the phenomena of damage to health of constructors and noise disturbing are avoided, meanwhile, auxiliary personnel do not need to be arrangedto knock the drill barrel or open and close the bin door, and personnel waste caused by knocking of the drill barrel or opening and closing of the bin door is avoided.
