The invention discloses a heat-resistant modified cable material which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of bentonite, 8-15 parts of alkyl ketene dimer, 5-10 parts of nano aluminum oxide, 6-8 parts of stearic acid, 4-8 parts of diisooctyl diphosphate magnesium stearate, 1-4 parts of polyethylene glycol stearate, 3-5 parts of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 1.5-2.5 parts of 4, 4 '-dithiodimorpholine, 2-3 parts of cerous 2-ethylhexanoate, 4-5 parts of dicyclohexyl phthalate, 7-14 parts of barium sulfate, 1-2 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 2-3 parts of pentaerythritoldistearate diphosphite, 3-4 parts of an accelerant and 4-6 parts of an auxiliary agent. The bentonite subjected to modification treatment shows excellent comprehensive performance, the processing performance is improved, the shrinkage rate is reduced, the heat resistance, rigidity, dimensional stability, water resistance and other performance of a product are improved, the production cost is reduced, and important economic benefits are achieved.
