The invention discloses high-performance pre-dispersed silicon mortar concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-760 parts of cement, 5-200 parts of silicon mortar, 0-300 parts of other admixtures, 0-150 parts of water, 1-30 parts of an additive, 500-1000 parts of sand and 600-1600 parts of stone. The preparation method comprises the steps of (1) preparing the high-performance pre-dispersed silicon mortar; (2) metering and adding the sand, the stone, the cement and the admixtures and stirring for 0-30 seconds; (3) meteringand adding the silicon mortar and stirring for 5-90 seconds; (4) adding the water and the additive and stirring for 30-300 seconds; and (5) obtaining the high-performance pre-dispersed silicon mortarconcrete. According to the method disclosed by the invention, as the silicon mortar aggregate is effectively dissociated into dispersed slurry with smaller particles, the prepared high-performance pre-dispersed silicon mortar concrete covers concrete of various grades of C20 or above, and has the characteristics of good workability, small workability loss, low viscosity, good cohesiveness, no bleeding, adjustable setting time and the like. Under the same strength grade, the cement consumption is obviously reduced, the cost is greatly reduced, and the strength and the durability are improved.
