The invention discloses a honeycomb activated alumina product and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of dehumidification and catalysis. The method comprises the followingsteps: mixing activated alumina powder, an auxiliary material, an extrusion aid and water to form a mud mass; aging, and pugging in vacuum; putting the mud mass into an extruder, extruding into a honeycomb shape, and drying in the shade and/or drying; and putting into a kiln, and carrying out high-temperature sintering to obtain a honeycomb activated aluminum oxide product. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, in a process of manufacturing an activated aluminum oxide product, pseudo-boehmite is avoided, the product cost is reduced, no acid material is used, no acidmist is generated during sintering, no environmental pollution is caused, the water absorption rate of the obtained product can reach 30%-40% and is honeycomb-shaped, the gas passing resistance is reduced, and the equipment using the product is energy-saving and consumption-reducing.
本发明公开一种蜂窝状活性氧化铝产品及其制备方法，涉及除湿、催化技术领域，所述方法包括：活性氧化铝粉，辅料，挤出助剂和水混合为泥团；陈腐，真空练泥；放入挤出机挤制成蜂窝状，阴干和/或烘干至后；放入窑炉高温烧结，得到蜂窝状活性氧化铝产品。本发明公开的制备方法，在制造活性氧化铝产品过程中，避免使用拟薄水铝石，降低了产品成本，没有使用酸类材料，烧结时不会产生酸雾，无环境污染，得到的产品吸水率可以达到30％‑40％且为蜂窝状，减低了气体通过阻力，使得使用该产品的设备节能降耗。
