The process comprises the following raw materials, by weight: 30-34 parts of blocked isocyanate, 25-28 parts of polysiloxane, 5-8 parts of polyether main material, 31-35 parts of polyether auxiliary material, 10-14 parts of rosin water, 11-15 parts of polyol benzoate, 12-17 parts of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene, 34-37 partsof polyurethane resin, 4-7 parts of talcum powder, 14-17 parts of kaolin and 6-9 parts of lead salt, 10-15 parts of organic tin, 20-24 parts of phthalocyanine blue, 16-19 parts of red soil, 11-16 parts of stearate, 4-9 parts of diphthalic acid, 20-27 parts of black rubber particles and 13-16 parts of sulfur; the polyether main material is polyether polyol with the high molecular weight of 5000-6000, and the polyether auxiliary material is polyether polyol with the low molecular weight of 2000-3000. The prepared plastic runway has the advantages of favorable high/low-temperature resistance, favorable weather resistance, favorable oxidation resistance, favorable air permeability, high adhesive force, high impact adsorption capacity, excellent stability, elegant appearance, and high mechanical properties and is simple to manufacture.
