Thermal regeneration construction method for asphalt mixture pavement
The invention relates to a thermal regeneration construction method for an asphalt mixture pavement. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning a pavement, and heating the pavement to soften an old asphalt mixture layer of the pavement; raking the softened old asphalt mixture layer, and spraying a regenerant and hot asphalt; collecting the old asphalt mixture into a strip shape and performing stacking to obtain a regenerated old asphalt mixture; heating the recycled old asphalt mixture again, and increasing the temperature of the recycled old asphalt mixture; adding a new asphalt mixture into the recycled old asphalt mixture, and performing heating and uniform stirring to obtain a recycled asphalt mixture; conveying the recycled asphalt mixture to a paver for paving construction; performing a recycled asphalt mixture rolling process and pavement joint treatment; and opening the traffic after the pavement is inspected to be qualified. According to the asphalt mixture hot in-place recycling process, the old asphalt mixture of the pavement can be repeatedly used, and resource waste and environmental pollution are reduced.
