The device comprises a main box body, acrushing working cavity with a downward opening and a leftward opening is arranged in the main box body, the upper end wall of the crushing working cavity is communicated with a crushing pickaxe cavity, and a crushing pickaxe box body is connected in the crushing pickaxe cavity in a sliding fit manner; a nitrogen chamber is arranged in the crushing pickaxe box body, an upper piston cavity is formed in the lower side of the nitrogen chamber, an oil cylinder rod is pushed by hydraulic oil inlet kinetic energy and nitrogen compression kinetic energy to knock a drill rod to complete breaking work,and meanwhile, the drill rod rotates to sweep broken stones into a transfer trolley, so that the broken stone recovery is finally completed, and automation of road breaking and broken stone recoverywork is achieved; and meanwhile, the problem that broken stones cannot be cleaned in time after the road is broken is solved, the workload of constructors is reduced, the road breaking efficiency is improved, ejection of the broken stones is reduced, and the working environment of the constructors is improved.
