The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, and discloses a construction method of a large-span beam-column type support. The method comprises the following steps of: step 1, assemblinga support, step 2, assembling unloading equipment, step 3, installing upright posts, step 4, installing the unloading equipment, and fixing the unloading equipment in the step 2 on the upper top surface of each upright post in the step 3 by bolts one by one, wherein driving arms of all the unloading equipment need to be kept on the same straight line; and step 5, carrying out support installation: the bearing beams are respectively installed on driving arms of the unloading equipment between the two bridge piers, the driving arms drive a supporting table to move upwards and support the bearing beams under the action of the gravity of the bearing beams, and the support in the step 1 is hoisted on the bearing beams between the two bridge piers. By implementing the scheme, the problems of multiple procedures, long consumed time and high cost in the cast-in-place construction process of the large-span simply supported beam bridge support are solved.
本发明涉及桥梁施工领域,公开了一种大跨度梁柱式支架的施工方法,包括以下步骤,步骤1:支架组装,步骤2:卸落设备组装,步骤3:立柱安装,步骤4:卸落设备安装,将步骤2中卸落设备逐一螺栓固定在步骤3中各个立柱上顶面,且各个卸落设备的驱动臂需保持在同一直线上;步骤5:支架安装,承重梁分别安装在两桥墩之间的卸落设备的驱动臂上,驱动臂在承重梁的重力作用下驱动支撑台向上移动并对承重梁进行支撑,将步骤1中的支架吊装在两个桥墩之间的承重梁上。通过实施本方案解决了大跨度简支梁桥支架现浇施工过程中的工序多耗时长,成本高的问题。
