Bridge pier stand column underpinning method of pier-beam consolidated continuous beam bridge
The invention discloses a pier column underpinning method of a pier-beam consolidated continuous beam bridge. The method comprises the following steps: using an original pier bearing platform as a foundation of a temporary support structure, pouring or installing a tray structure at the bottom of the original pier column close to the bearing platform, respectively arranging a group of jacks between a tray and the bearing platform and between the top of a cross beam and a main beam, and before underpinning, applying pressure same as constant-load axial force of an original pier. After the original pier is cut and dismantled, the hydraulic synchronous jacking technology is used for controlling the upper jack oil cylinder and the lower jack oil cylinder to move upwards and downwards at the same speed, so that the elevation of the main beam is kept dynamic and stable in the underpinning process, and additional internal force unfavorable for safety of the main beam structure is prevented from being generated. According to the method, the problem of main beam settlement control in pier underpinning construction is solved, and the original pier bearing platform is fully utilized to bear underpinning axial force, so that a temporary supporting structure in a conventional construction method is omitted, and the construction cost and the risk that the structure is pressed to be unstableare reduced.
本发明公开了一种墩‑梁固结连续梁桥的桥墩立柱托换方法,利用原桥墩承台作为临时支撑结构的基础,在原桥墩立柱底部靠近承台的部位浇筑或安装托盘结构,在托盘和承台之间、横梁顶部与主梁之间各布置一组千斤顶,在托换前施以与原桥墩恒载轴力相同的压力。在原桥墩切割拆除后,利用液压同步顶升技术控制上、下两组千斤顶油缸以相同的速度分别向上、向下运动,使得主梁高程在托换过程中维持动态的稳定,从而避免产生不利于主梁结构安全的附加内力。本发明方法不但解决了桥墩托换施工中主梁沉降控制的问题,还充分利用原桥墩承台承受托换轴力,省去了常规施工方法中的临时支撑结构,降低了施工造价和结构受压失稳的风险。
