The invention discloses a fence handrail with a warning protection function. The fence handrail comprises a main body, a blocking cavity penetrating front and back is formed in the main body, five warning cavities with downward openings are formed in the upper end wall of the blocking cavity from left to right at equal intervals, and warning devices are arranged in the warning cavities. A left elastic cavity with a rightward opening is formed in the lower side of the left end wall of the blocking cavity, a right elastic cavity with a leftward opening is formed in the lower side of the right end wall of the blocking cavity, and a fixing cavity with a downward opening is formed in the left side of the left elastic cavity. The fence handrail can warn people who wants to climb over the handrail to reminding that the person is not allowed to climb over the handrail, and the person can be protected when the person climbs over the handrail, thereby preventing the pedestrian from falling and being injured due to falling of the guardrail, and guaranteeing personal safety of the pedestrians to the maximum extent; when a single guardrail falls, the single guardrail can be separated from otherguardrails, thereby preventing a large number of guardrails from falling, and reducing economic loss when the guardrails fall.
