The invention relates to the technical field of ice and snow removing devices, in particular to a highway pavement ice and snow removing and recycling device which comprises main body framework, a recycling device, an extracting device and a rotating mechanism. A storage box is fixedly installed on a power machine, the bottom of the recycling device is attached to the ground, the rotating mechanism can drive the recycling device to rotate through starting of a second motor, so that ice and snow are guided into the first space through a strip-shaped push plate on the recycling device; the swingof a first recycling part and a second recycling part can be used for pushing sundries such as branches in ice and snow to one side, so that the influence on the normal advancing of the device and the cleaning work of the ice and snow is avoided; and ice and snow recovered in the first space are guided into the storage box through the extractiing device; the volume of the storage box can be expanded through the load capacity of the power machine.
本发明涉及除冰雪装置技术领域，一种公路路面除冰雪及回收装置，包含：一主体架构、一回收装置、一抽取装置及一旋转机构。该储存箱固定安装于动力机械上，且该回收装置底部贴于地面，该旋转机构通过第二电机的启动可带动该回收装置旋转起来，因此，在利用该回收装置上的条形推板向第一空间导入冰雪的同时，能够利用第一回收部和第二回收部的摆动将冰雪中的树枝等杂物推至一旁，避免影响装置的正常前进及对于冰雪的清理工作，而第一空间内回收的冰雪通过该抽取装置导入该储存箱内，该存储箱容积可通过动力机械的负载能力进行扩容。
