The invention discloses a method for establishing a sinking bin type seabed platform. The method comprises the following steps that a foundation trench is formed in a preset position of the seabed, around steel cylinder is placed in the foundation trench, the round steel cylinder is lowered to a preset design depth through vibration sinking equipment, the upper part of the round steel cylinder isdetached, mud surface hardening treatment is conducted in the round steel cylinder, a protective sleeve is mounted on the mud surface, a caisson is placed in the round steel cylinder, the protectivesleeve is inserted into an open hole in the bottom of the caisson, and a cover plate is mounted on the top of the caisson. The established platform has no obstacles above the sea surface, thus marineoil and gas production is guaranteed, the navigation safety requirement is also met, a large number of oil fields in navigation areas and military control areas have exploitation conditions, and the development of the field of marine oil engineering in China is promoted.
本发明公开了一种沉仓式海底平台的建立方法，在海底预定位置设置基槽，将圆钢筒放置于基槽内，通过振沉设备，将圆钢筒下放到预定设计深度，将圆钢筒上部分拆除，在圆钢筒内进行泥面硬化处理，并在泥面上安装保护套管，将沉箱放置于圆钢筒内，其底部的开孔内插入保护套管，并在沉箱的顶部安装盖板。本发明建立的平台在海面以上没有障碍物，保证了海洋油气生产，又满足通航安全要求，使大量的通航区和军事管制区油田具备了开采条件，促进了我国海洋石油工程领域的发展。
