Abstract

The invention discloses a tamping and leveling device for an asphalt concrete cushion layer between soft soil pile foundations and a construction method. The device comprises a pair of guide rails, aportal frame is movably matched with the guide rails, a hoist crane is movably mounted on a cross beam of the portal frame, a vertical frame is hung on a hook of the hoist crane, a mounting plate is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the vertical frame, a vibrator and balancing weight mounting positions are mounted on the top face of the mounting plate, a tamping plate is detachably mounted onthe bottom face of the mounting plate in an attached mode, the mounting plate is in a rectangular shape with arc-shaped notches in the side edges, the tamping plate has at least two shapes, one shapeis a rectangle with an arc-shaped notch in the side edge and completely coincides with the mounting plate after being mounted, and the other shape is a rectangle and completely coincides with the mounting plate and the arc-shaped notch after being mounted. The device can be used for ramming and vibrating compaction, is good in construction effect, and is smooth in ramming without dead angles.

本发明公开了一种软土地桩基间沥青砼垫层夯实平整装置及施工方法，该装置包括一对导轨，导轨上可移动的配合有门型架，门型架的横梁上可移动的安装有葫芦吊，葫芦吊的挂钩上挂有立架，立架的底端连接固定有安装板，安装板的顶面安装有振动器且设有配重块安装位、底面可拆卸的贴合安装有夯实板，安装板的形状为侧边带有弧形缺口的矩形；夯实板至少有两种形状，一种是侧边带有弧形缺口的矩形，安装后与安装板完全重合，另一种是矩形，安装后与安装板和弧形缺口完全重合。本发明既能夯实又能震动压密实，施工效果好，夯实平整无死角。
