Embedding method of prefabricated pipe pile
The invention discloses an embedding method of a prefabricated pipe pile, and belongs to the technical field of building structures. The embedding method of the prefabricated pipe pile comprises the steps of firstly, sinking the prefabricated pipe pile into the natural ground to the designed elevation by adopting a static pressure or hammering method after an upper section pipe pile, a lower section pipe pile and a connector are connected into the prefabricated pipe pile; then injecting slurry into a grouting chamber of the connector through a grouting pipe which is connected with the connector, then extruding the slurry from an extrusion hole in the connector, and extruding into a soil body around the connector; and finally, diffusing the slurry which is extruded from the grouting chamberaround, and solidifying so as to form an expanded head. The connection strength of the connector of the prefabricated pipe pile is increased, and additionally, the pressure bearing performance and the anti-pulling performance of the prefabricated pipe pile are improved.
本发明公开了一种预制管桩的埋设方法,属于建筑结构技术领域。本发明的预制管桩埋设方法,先将上节管桩、下节管桩和接头连接为预制管桩后,采用静压或者锤击的方法将所述预制管桩沉入自然地面至设计标高;再通过与所述接头连接的注浆管将浆料注入所述接头的注浆室内,之后浆料从接头上的挤出孔挤出,并挤入所述接头周围的土体中;最后,从所述注浆室内挤出的浆料向四周扩散,并凝固形成扩大头,在提高预制管桩接头处连接强度的同时,提高预制管桩的承压性能和抗拔性能。
