The invention discloses a construction method of an embedded bearing platform. The construction method comprises the following steps that a foundation pit is formed in bed rock; an overwater construction platform is erected between every two adjacent buoyancy tank sets; bottom-layer double-wall cofferdam sections are assembled on the overwater construction platform, the bottom-layer double-wall cofferdam sections are lifted, the overwater construction platform is disassembled, the bottom-layer double-wall cofferdam sections are descended into water, and the bottom-layer double-wall cofferdam sections float on the water surface; the bottom-layer double-wall cofferdam sections are moved to the position above the foundation pit; upper-layer double-wall cofferdam sections are assembled on thebottom-layer double-wall cofferdam sections to form a double-wall cofferdam, the double-wall cofferdam is sunk into the foundation pit, and the double-wall cofferdam is supported on the bed rock; a steel casing is installed in the double-wall cofferdam, and a pile foundation is arranged in the steel casing; and the bearing platform is constructed on the pile foundation. After the overwater construction platform is used for assembling the bottom-layer double-wall cofferdam sections, the bottom-layer double-wall cofferdam sections can be directly descended into the water, double-wall cofferdam installation can be completed on the premise that large overwater hoisting equipment cannot enter a site, construction is safe and reliable, and the construction cost is saved.
