The invention relates to the technical field of manhole covers, and discloses an anti-washing-away type safety manhole cover. The anti-washing-away type safety manhole cover comprises a base and a cover plate, wherein a through opening vertically penetrates through the middle portion of the base, a plate groove is formed in the upper portion of the base, and the plate groove communicates with thethrough opening; the cover plate is arranged in the plate groove of the base, and locking mechanisms and a vibration reduction mechanism are arranged between the base and the cover plate; and the locking mechanisms comprise grooves, rotating rods, rubber covers, cover grooves, rubber cylinders, rotating plates, circular plates, clamping grooves, abutting blocks and clamping plates, the two rotating rods are arranged, the rotating rods vertically and rotatably penetrate through the two sides of the cover plate, and the bottoms of the rotating rods penetrate to the position below the cover plate. According to the anti-washing-away type safety manhole cover, the locking mechanisms are arranged between the two sides of the cover plate and the base, and after the cover plate is arranged in theplate groove, the rotating plates and the circular plates are rotated to drive the clamping plates at the bottoms of the rotating rods to be clamped in the clamping grooves, so that locking of the cover plate is achieved; and the vibration reduction structure is matched with the locking effect of the clamping plates and the clamping grooves so that the manhole cover can be effectively prevented from being washed away, and meanwhile, a good noise reduction effect is achieved.
