The invention discloses an anti-blocking drainage mechanism capable of adjusting the drainage rate based on rainfall. The anti-blocking drainage mechanism comprises a ground top plate, a drainage shell is fixedly connected to the lower end of the ground top plate, a drainage cavity is formed in the drainage shell, and a rainfall measuring assembly is arranged on the left side in the drainage cavity. The rainfall measuring assembly comprises a screen water discharging plate fixedly arranged on the ground top plate, a water measuring shell which is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the front side of the drainage cavity and can only move up and down, and a pressure spring connected to the lower end of the screen water discharging plate and the upper end of the water measuring shell. The aim of speed regulation is achieved by controlling transmission of a speed regulation wheel and friction wheels with different radii, so that the up-and-down moving speed of a drainage block ischanged, and then the water discharging rate is changed; and a baffle moving left and right is arranged so that blockages in the anti-blocking cavity can be automatically pushed into a garbage groove,and the action of removing the blockages is completed while water is drained.
