Spliced novel modular building structure
The invention discloses a spliced novel modular building structure. The spliced novel modular building structure comprises a plurality of cross-shaped main frames which are spliced with one another, each cross-shaped main frame comprises a cross rod and a vertical rod which are in a hollow cylinder shape, and notches are formed in the upper surfaces of the two ends of each cross rod; the left cross-shaped main frame and the right cross-shaped main frame which are adjacent are connected through a connecting column and a plurality of rhombus pins; a first rhombus hole is formed in the surface ofeach connecting column, a second rhombus hole matched with the first rhombus hole is formed in each cross-shaped main frame, and rhombus keys sequentially penetrate through the second rhombus holes and the first rhombus holes; and the upper cross-shaped main frame and the lower cross-shaped main frame which are adjacent to each other are connected through a connecting sleeve, a through hole is formed in each connecting sleeve, and a rivet is arranged in each through hole in a penetrating mode. Compared with a traditional concrete pouring mode, the construction period of the device is shorter,the plurality of cross-shaped main frames can be spliced only through the connecting columns, the rhombus keys and the connecting sleeves during field construction, the splicing efficiency is high, and the structural strength is high after splicing is completed.
本发明公开了一种拼接式的新型模块化建筑结构,包括若干个相互拼接的十字主架,所述的十字主架包括呈空心筒状的横杆与竖杆,所述横杆两端的上表面均设有缺口;左右两个相邻的十字主架之间通过连接柱和若干个菱形销相连,所述连接柱的表面设有第一菱形孔,十字主架上设有相配的第二菱形孔,菱形键依次穿过第二菱形孔与第一菱形孔;上下两个相邻的十字主架之间通过连接套筒相连,所述的连接套筒上设有通孔,所述的通孔内穿有铆钉。与传统的混凝土浇筑的方式相比,本装置的施工工期更短,现场施工时只需要用连接柱、菱形键和连接套筒便可将若干个十字主架进行拼接,拼接效率高,拼接完成后的结构强度高。
