Prefabricated slab with built-in cavity and manufacturing method
The invention discloses a prefabricated slab with a built-in cavity and a manufacturing method. The cavity comprises a pipeline arranged in the prefabricated slab in the forming process of the prefabricated slab, the pipeline is a hollow pipe body and/or a hollow shell embedded in the prefabricated slab, or the pipeline is a hose body filled with fluid, or the pipeline is a solid column body madeof a hot-melt material, and the pipeline is provided with an extending end at the edge or the surface of the prefabricated slab. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that a concretegravel slurry base layer is laid in a mold through the prefabricated slab manufacturing mold, then a steel bar framework is placed on the base layer, then the steel bar framework is buried by using concrete gravel slurry, then the pipeline and/ or the cavity are/ is placed in the concrete gravel slurry, then the pipeline and/or the cavity are/ is buried by using the concrete gravel slurry to forman upper concrete gravel slurry layer, and finally the filler in the pipeline can be discharged or taken out after maintenance and drying. According to the prefabricated slab, the pipeline can be flexibly arranged, the cavity can be formed in the prefabricated slab, and an embedded pipe is not needed.
本发明公开了一种设有内置空腔的预制板及制作方法,空腔包括在预制板成型查过程中设置在预制板内部的管道,管道为埋设在预制板内部的空心管体和/或空心壳体,或管道为填充有流体的软管体,或管道为用热融性材料制成的实心柱体,管道在预制板的边缘或表面均设有伸出端。其制作方法是通过预制板制作模具先在模具内铺设一层混凝土砂石浆料基层,然后将钢筋骨架放置在基层上,再用混凝土砂石浆料将钢筋骨架填埋,再将管道和/或型腔放置在混凝土砂石浆料,再用混凝土砂石浆料将管道和/或型腔填埋并形成上层混凝土砂石浆料层,经养护干燥后,最后可将管道内的填充物排出或取出。该预制板可灵活排布管线、可在预制板内构成空腔而不用使用预埋管。
