The invention discloses a method for enhancing wind uplift resistance and durability of metal roofing boards. The method is characterized in that a technician deeply researches a roofing system beforeconstruction to determine the position and size requirements of a T-shaped support of the metal roofing boards, and determine the size specification and model of a reinforcing component; the reinforcing component is divided into three parts of a main piece, an auxiliary piece and a bolt with a cap head, and the three parts are produced by a manufacturer, and are fastened and arranged after meshing and overlocking of the metal roofing boards are finished on site; and drilling is conducted through a high-speed steel drill, positioning is conducted through an auxiliary piece of a fastening fastener, the main piece is arranged and screwed down after drilling is completed, a second bolt is arranged according to the same method, and one reinforcing component can be arranged after two bolts arearranged. According to the method, due to the installation of the reinforcing component, the metal roofing boards and the T-shaped support are firmly connected, the wind uplift resistance of the roofing boards is greatly enhanced while the overall stress performance of the metal roofing boards is ensured, the maintenance cost of the roofing boards is greatly saved, the operation is simple and convenient, and the reinforcing effect is good.
本发明公开了一种增强金属屋面板抗风揭耐久性能的方法,由技术人员在施工前对屋面系统进行深入研究确定金属屋面板T形支架的位置及尺寸要求,确定加固构件的尺寸规格型号,加固构件分为主件、副件和带帽头的螺栓三个部分由生产厂家进行生产,在现场金属屋面板咬合锁边完成后进行紧固安装;钻孔时利用高速钢钻进行,并利用紧固扣件的副件进行定位,钻孔结束后安装主件并拧紧,按照同样方法安装第二根螺栓,两个螺栓安装后即可完成了一个加固构件的安装。该加固构件的安装使得金属屋面板与T形支架连接更加牢固,在确保金属屋面板的整体受力性能的同时极大增强的了屋面板抗风揭的性能,大大节约屋面板的维修成本,且操作简单方便,加固效果好。
