The invention discloses an aerial work platform capable of maintaining stability for house building outer wall construction. The aerial work platform comprises an outer wall body, a servo motor, a fixed pulley and a work platform frame body, wherein a left mounting frame and a right mounting frame are fixed to the left side and the right side of the upper part of the outer wall body through boltscorrespondingly; the servo motor is fixed on the left side of the right mounting frame through bolts; and the output end of the servo motor is connected with a winding drum. According to the aerial work platform capable of maintaining stability for house building outer wall construction, when wind blows the work platform frame body to shake and incline, the wind power can synchronously control fanblades to rotate through a rotary drum to wind the adjusting steel wire rope, the work platform frame body is pulled through the adjusting steel wire rope to provide wind power resisting force for the work platform frame body, and stability of the work platform frame body is maintained; and meanwhile, when the work platform frame body shakes and inclines, the connecting steel wire rope can provide pulling force for the lifting steel wire rope which penetrates through the interior of a connecting seat, anti-impact inclination force of the work platform frame body is further provided, and the stability is further maintained.
