The method comprises the following steps that 1, a compactness monitoring sensor is fixed at the top end in a grouting sleeve; 2, a grouting communicating cavity is sealed; and 3, in the construction process or after construction is finished, a compactness monitor is used for monitoring a sensor signal so as to monitor the grouting construction compactness. According to the monitoring method, real-time monitoring of the grouting construction compactness of the steel bar sleeve can be achieved, operation is convenient and easy, the existing fabricated building grouting construction technology can be effectively improved, the grouting compactness can be ensured, and the structural safety can be improved.
