Disclosed is an assembly type concrete column and newly-added steel beam connecting joint damping device. The device comprises a steel pipe column and a steel beam, C-shaped plates are arranged on thefront side and the rear side of the steel beam, the opening sides of the C-shaped plates deviate from the steel pipe column, the other sides of the C-shaped plates are fixedly connected with the steel pipe column, and two L-shaped plates are arranged on each C-shaped plate and located on the opposite faces of the two C-shaped plates. The steel beam is located among the four L-shaped plates and connected with the four L-shaped plates through bolts, the front side and the rear side of the steel beam are each provided with two pressing strips, the two pressing strips on the front side are connected through a shear fork rod, the two pressing strips on the rear side are connected through the same shear fork rod, sleeves with one ends open are fixedly installed in the C-shaped plates, and the sleeves are obliquely arranged. By means of the structure, the stability in the horizontal dimension can be enhanced, the ground or roof cracking problem caused by large-range movement and even damageof the steel beam is reduced, and the property and personal safety of people can be further guaranteed.
