The invention discloses a transformer substation shock isolation monitoring device which comprises high-damping rubber supports evenly arranged between a transformer and a foundation, and a non-contact sensor is arranged between every two high-damping rubber supports; each high-damping rubber support comprises embedded steel plates symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the transformer and on a foundation and support steel plates arranged on the embedded steel plates, and a plurality of high-damping rubber pads and layered steel plates are alternately arranged between the upper support steelplate and the lower support steel plate. The non-contact sensors accurately and quickly record the displacement condition of a transformer substation under the vibration condition, integrate a power equipment transformer substation, a vibration isolation structure and a monitoring system, are good in vibration isolation effect, accurate and flexible in displacement condition monitoring and convenient to use, and can be widely applied.
