The embodiment of the invention provides a mass concrete construction quality control method for a pier beam consolidation part of a high-pier large-span bridge, and the method comprises the steps: setting a first temperature sensor in a cooling pipeline, and setting a second temperature sensor group at the periphery of the cooling pipeline; and monitoring the temperature in the cooling pipe and the temperature in each layer of concrete area through the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor. According to the method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, unified temperature control can be carried out on the whole construction process of pouring and hardening, and particularly for the cooling stage in hardening, the temperature reduction speed can be effectively controlled, and the construction quality is effectively guaranteed.
本公开实施例中提供了一种高墩大跨桥梁墩梁固结处大体积混凝土施工质量控制方法,本公开的方法通过在冷却管路内设置第一温度传感器,并且在冷却管路外周围设置第二温度传感器组,通过第一温度传感器和第二温度传感器组监测冷却管内和混凝土各层区域的温度。本公开实施例的方法可以对浇筑和硬化的整个施工过程进行统一的温度控制,尤其是针对硬化过成中的降温阶段,本发明可以有效控制温度降低的速度,有效保障施工质量。
