The invention discloses a high-strength sound absorption and insulation composite board which is characterized by comprising a first panel, a second panel and a supporting plate, and the first panel and the second panel are fixed to the upper face and the lower face of the supporting plate through adhesives; the supporting plate is designed to be a honeycomb plate or a round hole plate or an irregular geometrical hole plate, filling cores are arranged in holes of the supporting plate, and the filling cores are formed by stacking one or more of open-hole foaming sponge and closed-hole foaming sponge. The structure is simple, and the requirements for strength and appearance can be met while the sound absorption and insulation effects are met; the invention can simplify building wall installation process.
