Method for modifying carbon fiber recycled concrete by utilizing nano silicon dioxide
The invention discloses a method for modifying carbon fiber recycled concrete by utilizing nano silicon dioxide. The invention provides a method capable of obviously enhancing the compressive strengthof the carbon fiber recycled concrete. The method comprises the steps: 1, stirring and blending nano silicon dioxide into water by using a high-speed stirrer at the rotating speed of 200-300 rpm to prepare a nano silicon dioxide solvent with the concentration of 2%; 2, putting river sand and cement into a stirrer, stirring for 2 minutes, and uniformly stirring to form a mixture a; 3, adding carbon fibers into the mixture a, and continuously stirring for two minutes to form a mixture b; 4, pouring recycled aggregate into the mixture b, and continuously stirring for 2 minutes to form a mixturec; and 5, pouring a nano silicon dioxide solution into the mixture c, and stirring for 2 minutes to form a final product. After the nano silicon dioxide is doped, tiny particles are adhered to the surface of the carbon fibers, the roughness is increased, the transfer effect between the carbon fibers and the recycled aggregate is obviously enhanced, the wettability is obviously improved, the stressconcentration can be effectively relieved, the damage to the material is prevented, and the mechanical property of the composite material is further improved. Meanwhile, micro-pores in the recycled aggregate can be filled with the nano silicon dioxide, so that the compression resistance of the recycled aggregate is improved. The method is used for modifying the carbon fiber recycled concrete.
本发明公开一种利用纳米二氧化硅改性碳纤维再生混凝土的方法。本发明是要提出一种能明显增强碳纤维再生混凝土的抗压强度的方法。方法:一、利用高速搅拌机以转速200‑300转每分钟的转速将纳米二氧化硅搅拌融入水中,配置成浓度为2%的纳米二氧化硅溶剂;二、将河砂、水泥放入搅拌机搅拌2分钟,搅拌均匀开来形成混合物a;三、随后在混合物a中加入碳纤维继续搅拌两分钟形成混合物b;四、在混合物b中倒入再生骨料,继续搅拌2分钟,形成混合物c;五、在混合物c中倒入纳米二氧化硅溶液搅拌2分钟形成最终产物。掺入纳米二氧化硅之后,碳纤维表面黏附有微小粒子,粗糙度增加与再生骨料之间的传递效应明显增强,浸润性有显著提高,可以有效的缓解应力集中,阻止材料的破坏,进而提高复合材料的力学性能。同时纳米二氧化硅能填充再生骨料内部微观孔隙,提高再生骨料的抗压性能。本发明用于改性碳纤维再生混凝土。
