The invention discloses a novel grouting reinforcement material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The grouting reinforcement material is prepared by uniformly mixing the following raw materials in parts by mass: 450-480 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 40-45 parts of micro-expansive cement, 25-33 parts of silica fume, 90-110 parts of fly ash, 90-130 parts of composite steel mineral powder, 150-180 parts of steel slag sand, 25-35 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.1-0.3 part of an expanding agent, 0.05-0.08 part of cellulose ether, 0.1-0.2 part of a defoaming agent and1-2.5 parts of lithium carbonate; wherein the mass ratio of the mixed water to the mixed powder material is 0.16 to 0.21.
