The invention discloses a goaf paste filling slurry composition/product. The paste filling slurry composition/product comprises 1800-2300 parts of dry aggregate, 270-330 parts of water; 40-60 parts of a thickening agent; 150-180 parts of clay; 42-88 partsof a water absorbent, wherein the water absorbent is selected from water-absorbent resin and fly ash; the preparation method comprises the following steps: proportionally adding the dry aggregate, clay and thickener, uniformly stirring, adding water, continuing stirring, adding the water absorbent, and carrying out secondary stirring. The composition/product provided by the invention can be used for filling a mine goaf, and has the advantages of influencing a soil system and conveniently recovering soil ecology.
