The first arc surface is tightly attached to the first side of the steel rail. The middle of a fishplate on the outer side of the steel rail joint is heightened to be higher than the rail surface, so that when a wheel passes through the steel rail joint, the fishplate on the outer side and the steel rail bear rolling of the wheel at the same time, a transition effect on the wheel is achieved, the impact force of the wheel on the steel rail is reduced, and a vibration reduction effect is achieved.
