The invention discloses a sewage treatment collecting and storing device. The device comprises a standby water tank body, lower connecting rods, four supporting columns, upper connecting rods, a fixedblock and a sliding block; a filtering tank body is installed in the standby water tank body; a filtering pipe is installed at the lower end of one side of the standby water tank body; the upper endsof the supporting columns are connected through the upper connecting rods; the lower ends of the supporting columns are connected through the lower connecting rods; the lower ends of the supporting columns are inserted into limiting block installation pieces through limiting blocks; the limiting block installation pieces are welded to the bottom end of the interior of the standby water tank body;four handles are installed at the upper ends of the upper connecting rods; the upper end of the standby water tank body is connected with a rotating door through a door rotating shaft; and a door opening switch is installed at the upper end of the side, deviating from the door rotating shaft, of the rotating door. Municipal incoming water can be effectively filtered, and the filtering box body can be conveniently assembled, disassembled and replaced, so that filtering is better carried out.
