The device comprises an automatic water collecting device and an automatic water storage and utilization device, the automatic water collecting device collects wastewater into an automatic water collecting tank through an upper water collecting plate and a V-shaped water collecting plate on one side, and at the moment, a water sensorstarts a water pumping motor to pump water into the automatic water storage and utilization device until the automatic water storage and utilization device is full of water. The water sensor stops the water pumping motor from pumping water and starts to drain water to directly drain the wastewater, a water level control switch in the automatic water storage tank cuts off the supply of tap water,and after the water in the flushing tank is used up, the water sensor starts a flushing motor in the automatic water storage tank to supply water to the flushing tank until the water in the automaticwater storage tank is used up. At the moment, the water level control switch restores tap water supply, the drainage motor closes the drainage hose to collect waste water, when water exists in the automatic water storage tank again, the water non-control switch cuts off tap water supply, the collected waste water is used for flushing the toilet at the moment, and the waste water is automatically used for flushing the toilet through circulation.
