The invention provides a wall surface polishing and painting method. A wall surface polishing and painting system comprises a control device, a supporting device and a polishing and painting device, the control device identifies and calculates the position of a wall surface needing to be cleaned and renovated, the polishing and painting device is placed on a partitioning position needing to be cleaned and renovated by utilizing the supporting device, and processes of putty scraping and shoveling, polishing, putty batched brushing, wall paint spraying and the like are carried out. In the cleaning and renovating process, a sealing cover and an air and liquid pumping device are adopted, dust with mould is prevented from polluting indoor air, and finally all wall surfaces needing to be cleanedand renovated are cleaned and renovated. When an old building is renovated, mould can be effectively removed, dust-free and non-toxic cleaning is achieved, polluted air and polluted materials can besafely isolated, and the mould is prevented from infecting cleaning personnel.
