The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses a wear-resistant composite material building template, which comprises a base body layer and a wear-resistant protective layer covering at least one surface of the base body layer, wherein the base body layer is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 30 to 50 parts of unsaturated resin matrix, 0.1 to 0.3 part of graphene nano microsheet, 10 to 20 parts of glass fiber and 40 to 60 parts of hard filler. According to the invention, the composite material with high strength and rigidity, ultraviolet resistance and strong impact resistance is obtained by determining the component proportion of the mixed melt; and the wear-resistant protective layer is designed on the composite material, and after the surface is damaged, the wear-resistant protective layer is replaced, and the composite material base body layer can be repeatedly used, so that later maintenance is convenient, cost is low, energy is saved, the environment is protected, the number of turnover and repeated use times of the building sheet is increased, operation is convenient and easy, and the construction requirement can beeffectively met.
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体公开一种耐磨复合材料建筑模板,该复合材料建筑模板包括有基体层和覆盖于基体层至少一个表面上的耐磨保护层,且所述基体层包含以下质量份组分:不饱和树脂基体30~50份、石墨烯纳米微片0.1~0.3份、玻璃纤维10~20份、硬质填料40~60份。本发明利用确定混合熔料的组分配比获得强度刚度高、耐紫外线、抗冲击力强的复合材料;并在复合材料上设计耐磨保护层,表面损坏后,对耐磨保护层进行更换,复合材料基体层可重复使用,后期维护方便,成本低,节能环保,以提高建筑薄板的周转重复使用次数,操作方便简单,且能有效保证施工要求。
