Ceramsite concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses ceramsite concrete and a preparation method thereof. The ceramsite concrete comprises water, cement, ceramsite, fine aggregate, a mineral admixture, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, dibromodimethyl hydantoin and sodium succinate sulfonate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1), putting ceramsite into water, and performing standing for 12 hours to obtain a first prepared material; 2) mixing water, cement, a mineral admixture, fine aggregate, a TD-A polycarboxylate superplasticizer, dibromodimethyl hydantoin and sodium succinate sulfonate, and performing stirring for 24-36s at a rotating speed of 20-25r/min to form a second prepared material; and 3) mixing the second prepared material and the first prepared material, and performing stirring for 46-62 seconds at the rotating speed of 14-18 r/min to obtain the ceramsite concrete. By adopting the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the ceramsite concrete can be better homogenized to obtain better mechanical strength, and meanwhile, the production efficiency of a stirrer cannot be influenced.
