The invention relates to a processing technology of a novel antibacterial and mildew-proof building material, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The processing technology of theantibacterial and mildew-proof building new material comprises the following steps: (1) burdening; (2) mixing and ball milling; (3) mixing the mixed and ball-milled raw materials with other raw materials except water; (4) feeding the mixed raw materials into a stirrer, adding water, and stirring the raw materials to obtain slurry; (5) carrying out standing treatment; (6) pouring the slurry afterstanding into a forming mold, and then trowelling, closing the mold and curing the slurry; (7) demoulding the shaped material to obtain a blank, and maintaining and drying the demoulded blank; and (8)carrying out burr finishing on the blank to obtain the antibacterial and mildew-proof new building material. The antibacterial and mildewproof nanoparticles can play antibacterial and mildewproof roles, can effectively prevent the interior of a building adopting the material from mildewing, have an antibacterial effect, can improve the indoor environment quality, and meet the requirement of people for the indoor environment comfort level.
