The invention belongs to the field of electronic atomizers, and particularly relates to application of hydroxyapatite to reduction of falling powder of a heating body substrate of an electronic atomizer. A heating body substrate of the electronic atomizer is made of a hydroxyapatite porous ceramic material, and the component of the heating body substrate comprises hydroxyapatite. The invention discovers for the first time that hydroxyapatite has the application to reduction of falling powder of a heating body substrate of an electronic atomizer. After 3000 cycles of smoking, the weight reduction percentage of the heating body substrate of the electronic atomizer is less than 0.6%. Therefore, the hydroxyapatite porous ceramic heating body provided by the invention can be used for replacinga traditional aluminum oxide ceramic heating body.
本发明属于电子雾化器具领域,特别涉及一种羟基磷灰石降低电电子雾化器具加热体基底脱落粉体的用途。所述电子雾化器具的加热体基底材质为羟基磷灰石多孔陶瓷材料,其成分包含羟基磷灰石。本发明首次发现羟基磷灰石具有降低电电子雾化器具的加热体基底脱落粉体的用途。抽吸3000次循环后,所述电子雾化器具的加热体基底重量减小百分比小于0.6%。因此,本发明提出的羟基磷灰石多孔陶瓷加热体可以替代传统的氧化铝陶瓷加热体使用。
