The invention provides a feeding device of an asphalt paving and compacting machine head, and relates to the technical field of asphalt paving and compacting operation. The feeding device comprises ahinge frame, a supporting sleeve, a movable arm, a movable arm push-pull oil cylinder and a supporting sleeve rotating oil cylinder. The supporting sleeve is horizontally and rotatably hinged to the hinge frame, and the movable arm penetrates through the supporting sleeve in a front-back sliding mode. The movable arm push-pull oil cylinder is connected between the movable arm and the supporting sleeve, one end of the supporting sleeve rotating oil cylinder is hinged to the supporting sleeve, the movable arm is of a hollow structure, a material conveying device is arranged in an inner cavity ofthe movable arm, and a feeding port is formed in the upper end of the supporting sleeve. The upper end of the movable arm is provided with a feeding groove penetrating to an inner cavity of the movable arm in the longitudinal direction of the movable arm, and the feeding port is located above the feeding groove in the front-back sliding process of the movable arm. The feeding device of the asphalt paving and compacting machine head can stably convey asphalt materials between a vehicle (such as an asphalt thermal regeneration vehicle) loaded with an asphalt material container and the paving functional assembly and flexibly adjust the paving and compacting operation positions on a local road surface.
