The invention discloses a precise assembly construction structure of a large-span stiff skeleton concrete arch bridge, and belongs to the technical field of bridge construction. The precise assembly construction structure comprises a mountain body, arch feet, arch rings, tower frames, a connecting steel cable, hanging rods, bridge columns and a road surface, wherein the tower frames are arranged at the top of the mountain body; the connecting steel cable is used for connecting the two tower frames; and the hanging rods are arranged at the bottom of the connecting steel cable. According to theprecise assembly construction structure, the arch rings of the concrete arch bridge are composed of the two fixed arch rings and one connecting arch ring, so that the length of each independent half arch ring is shortened, the transportation difficulty, the requirements for equipment and the construction difficulty are reduced, the construction period can be shortened, and the construction processis simplified; according to the invention, the tower frames can be used as cableway brackets for mounting the semi-arch ring when the arch bridge is constructed, and can also be used as bridge towerframes after the construction is finished; and the bridge columns and the arch rings are dragged by utilizing the connecting steel ropes and the hanging rods, so that the effect of sharing the supporting force is achieved, and the stability of the bridge is improved.
