The invention relates to a hydraulic self-adjusting floating-type floatage blocking facility and a working method thereof. The hydraulic self-adjusting floatage blocking facility comprises a floatageblocking body and a movable supporting device; the movable supporting device is fixed to a dam gate pier, the floatage blocking body is of a flexible structure with float bowls connected in series bybeing penetrated by a steel wire rope, one end of a floatage blocking device ascends, descends and slides through the movable supporting device to cooperate with the floatage blocking body to ascend,descend and float along with the water level to block floatage, and the other end of the floatage blocking device is connected to another river bank through ground anchoring; the movable supporting device comprises a rotary supporting device and a floating supporting device; the rotary supporting device is fixedly connected to the dam gate pier through a connecting base, the swing angle of a guiderail is adjusted according to the change of water flow impact force borne by the floatage blocking device, and the buffering effect is achieved; and the floating supporting device is slidably connected to the rotary supporting device, the end of the floatage blocking device is driven by buoyancy to ascend, descend and slide on the guide rail, and friction force is reduced. The hydraulic self-adjusting floating-type floatage blocking facility is reasonable in design, the floatage blocking facility can adapt to the hydraulic action to achieve automatic floating adjustment, the trash blocking effect is improved, the failure rate is decreased, operation stability is improved, and operation and maintenance costs are reduced.
本发明涉及一种水力自调节浮式拦漂设施及其工作方法:一种水力自调节拦漂设施包括拦漂主体、活动支承装置。活动支承装置固定于大坝闸墩,拦漂主体为浮筒穿钢丝绳串连的柔性结构,拦漂一端通过活动支承装置升降滑动,配合拦漂主体随水位升降浮动拦截漂浮物,另一端通过地锚固连于另一处河岸。活动支承装置包括转动支承装置、浮动支承装置。转动支承装置由连接座固连于大坝闸墩,根据拦漂受水流冲击力的变化调节导轨摆动角度,起缓冲作用。浮动支承装置滑接于转动支承装置上,通过浮力带动拦漂端部在导轨上升降滑移,减少摩擦力。本发明设计合理,拦漂设施可适应水力作用自动浮动调节,提升拦污效果,降低故障率,提高运行稳定性,减少运维成本。
