The method comprises the following steps: asurface water body at one end of a water body is sucked into a filtering and storing unit through a water power unit to intercept the water surface floating objects; and filtered water is discharged back to the water body from the other end of the water body by using a water outlet device to provide power for the water body so as to form a plug flow flowing through the filtering and storing unit;the filtering and storing unit, the water power unit and a pipeline unit are included; and a water collecting and filtering opening serves as the filtering and storing unit, after a system is started,the water collecting and filtering opening forms a vortex on the water surface under the action of the water power unit, sucks a water flow and the floating objects on the surface of the water flow and filters and intercepts the floating objects and store the floating objects in a filter screen, when the filter screen needs to be replaced, only a filter screen buckle needs to be opened, and the filter screen is taken out to be replaced. Operation is easy, people do not need to take a boat to the center of the lake surface for operation, and the operation risk is reduced.
