Anti-clogging drainage precast pile and construction method thereof
The invention provides an anti-clogging drainage precast pile. The anti-clogging drainage precast pile comprises a pile body, a pile tip, a casing pipe and a pile cap. The pile tip is coaxially and fixedly connected to the bottom of the pile body, the casing pipe slidably and coaxially sleeves the exterior of the pile body, the pile cap is coaxially buckled at the top of the pile body, and a plurality of grooves which are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction and axially penetrate through the pile body are formed in the outer wall of the pile body. The bottom of the casing pipe is supported on the top face of the pile tip in an abutting mode, and the top of the casing pipe is supported in the pile cap in an abutting mode; a drainage belt is laid on the inner wall of the groove, and a plurality of plug holes are formed in the inner wall of the groove; and water-soluble plugs are fixedly inserted into the plug holes, and the middles of the water-soluble plugs penetrate through the drainage belt. According to the anti-clogging drainage precast pile, the bearing capacity and the drainage capacity of a pile foundation are combined, the drainage belt is laid in the groovesof the pile body and fixed, and the novel pressure reduction drainage precast pile and the construction process thereof are provided. The anti-clogging drainage precast pile is higher than a perviousconcrete pile in strength and rigidity, further has functions of pressure reduction and drainage, and can accelerate solidification of a foundation; meanwhile, the construction period further can be shortened, and the problem of environment pollution is solved.
一种防淤堵排水预制桩,包括桩身、桩尖、套管及桩帽,桩身底部同轴固接桩尖,桩身外部滑动并同轴套装套管,桩身顶部同轴扣装桩帽,桩身的外壁上制出有多道周向均布且轴向贯通桩身的凹槽;套管的底部顶压支撑在桩尖顶面上,套管的顶部顶压支撑在桩帽内;凹槽的内壁上铺设有排水带,凹槽的内壁上制出有多个塞孔;塞孔内均固定插接有水溶性栓塞,水溶性栓塞的中部穿透排水带。该防淤堵排水预制桩结合桩基的承载能力和排水能力,把排水带铺设在桩身凹槽内并固定,而提供一种新型的减压排水预制桩及其施工工艺。该防淤堵排水预制桩强度和刚度比透水混凝土桩高,又具有减压排水的功能,可以加速地基的固结,同时还可以缩短工期,避免欢迎污染问题。
