The invention provides an intelligent hydraulic system for engineering machinery, which is applied to the field of engineering machinery. The system mainly comprises a main frame, a driving module, asupport module, a telescopic connecting rod module and a bidirectional excavating module. The system is provided with the bidirectional excavating module so that forward shoveling and backward shoveling can be realized on the same device at the same time, engineering machinery is not limited by terrains, and the application environment is wide; one side plate of an excavating bucket is of a movable chain plate structure, the effect that one opening is opened while the other opening is closed can be achieved by moving the chain plate between the front opening and the rear opening, and the shovel mode that the openings face different directions is switched according to operation requirements; besides, the support module is arranged and is used for overcoming the defects that although the wheel type driving module is flexible to move, the stability in the left-right direction is poor, the support module is additionally arranged for assistance, and the stability of movement and construction of the engineering machinery is improved.
本发明提供了应用于工程机械领域的一种用于工程机械的智能液压系统,该系统主要包括:主机架、驱动模块、支撑模块、伸缩连接杆模块和双向挖掘模块,设置了双向挖掘模块,可以在同一个装置上同时实现正铲和反铲的操作,使得工程机械不受地形的限制,适用环境广;挖斗的一侧板采用移动链板结构,通过将链板在前后两个开口之间进行移动可实现一开口开放而另一开口封闭的效果,从而根据操作需要切换为开口朝不同方向的铲模式;而且设置有支撑模块,适用于轮式驱动模块虽然移动起来比较灵活,但在左右方向的稳固性上的不足,所以添加了支撑模块进行辅助,提高了工程机械移动和施工的稳定性。
