The floor drain comprises a floor drain shell, a floor drain cover,a connecting column, a buoyancy ascending device, a telescopic device, a fixing frame, water outlet cylinders, and second floating plates; a first circular through hole is formed in the bottom wall ofthe floor drain shell; the floor drain cover is mounted at an opening in the upper end of the floor drain shell and is provided with a water inlet; the fixing frame is fixedly arranged inside the floor drain shell and provided with a barrel-shaped space with a downward opening; the buoyancy ascending device comprises a first floating plate, connecting rods, and buoyancy ring plugs; the first floating plate is arranged in the floor drain shell in an up-down sliding mode; the connecting rods are vertically arranged; the buoyancy ring plugs are arranged at the lower ends of the connecting rods;the water outlet cylinders can be installed at the first circular through hole; and the second floating plate is horizontally arranged and located in the fixing frame. According to the odor-resistantfloor drain with the self-cleaning capability, the telescopic device is configured to convert ascending motion and descending motion of the second floating plate into descending motion and ascending motion of the water outlet cylinders, so that the problem that impurities in an existing floor drain are difficult to clean is solved.
