The invention relates to an integrally-poured building construction structure. The integrally-poured building construction structure comprises a building frame and building modules. The building framecomprises a top end beam and vertical supporting rods, the vertical supporting rods are vertically arranged on a foundation and the interiors of the vertical supporting rods are hollow, the cross sections of the vertical supporting rods are square, the top end beam is horizontally arranged between the two adjacent vertical supporting rods, and the two ends of the top end beam are correspondinglyconnected with the vertical supporting rods. An accommodating space for containing the building module is formed between the two adjacent vertical supporting rods, the two adjacent building modules are spliced with each other, each building module comprises two parallel flat plates, an object passing channel is formed between every two flat plates, and the two flat plates are connected through a connecting rod. Positioning grooves are formed in the inner walls of connecting rods of the building modules in the length direction of the building modules, positioning rods are embedded in the positioning grooves, the two ends of each positioning rod are correspondingly connected with the vertical supporting rods, and a top layer is arranged in the space defined by the top end beams at the upperends of the vertical supporting rods. The integrally-poured building construction structure has the effects of facilitating construction and shortening the construction period.
