Precast slab with embedded magnets
The invention discloses a precast slab with embedded magnets. The precast slab comprises a reinforcing mesh, wherein the reinforcing mesh is embedded in concrete, a magnet layer is embedded in the surface of the prefabricated slab at a certain thickness, the magnet layer is composed of a plurality of magnet blocks which are uniformly distributed in a matrix, a magnetic shielding layer is arrangedbetween the magnet layer and the reinforcing mesh, and a magnetic shielding material layer is adhered to the surface of one side, on which the magnet layer is arranged, of the precast slab. The precast slab needs to be matched with floor tiles and wall tiles with one surface in which steel plates or reinforcing meshes are embedded. The magnetic shielding layer is arranged between the magnet layerand the reinforcing mesh, so that electromagnetic interference of the magnet blocks to the surrounding environment can be avoided, and the magnetic shielding material layer can be used for preventingthe precast slab from attracting other ferromagnetic objects or attracting the two precast slabs together before tiling. The precast slab has the characteristics that the structure is simple, the construction is convenient, floor tiles and wall tiles do not need to be pasted on the precast slab by cement mortar, only the floor tiles and the wall tiles need to be directly placed on a bottom plate or a wall, the floor tiles and the wall tiles can be directly taken down when disassembly is needed, and the precast slab can be repeatedly used.
