The invention provides a color steel tile roof photovoltaic module installation method and structure. The method comprises the following steps of (S1) unscrewing a fixed part which is arranged on a color steel tile roof, and forming a first gap between the color steel tile roof and the fixed part; (S2) arranging an EPDM gasket, a Z-shaped connecting piece group and a stainless steel gasket in thefirst gap in sequence; (S3) fully coating sealant in the first gap; (S4) screwing the fixed part; (S5) connecting support steel beams with the Z-shaped connecting piece group; and (S6) installing a guide rail on the support steel beams, and installing a photovoltaic module on the guide rail. The method is tightly combined with an original roof structure system on the premise that the original roofstructure system is not damaged, and the potential risks of direct stress and tearing deformation of a roof panel are avoided. The method has the advantage of simplicity in operation and has high typhoon resistant capability, and the water leakage risk caused by roof punching is avoided.
