The invention provides a fabricated wall surface connecting and closing structure. The fabricated wall surface connecting and closing structure comprises a plurality of veneers which are sequentiallyarranged in the extending direction of a wall surface base layer, at least two closing fixing pieces, a plurality of butt joint assemblies, internal corner fixing pieces and external corner fixing pieces, wherein the two closing fixing pieces are correspondingly arranged at the free ends of the two veneers, and the closing fixing pieces are connected to a wall surface base layer; the butt joint assemblies are arranged between the adjacent veneers; the internal corner fixing pieces are arranged at internal corners of the wall surface base layer, and the veneers located on the two sides of the internal corners are connected to the wall surface base layer through the internal corner fixing pieces; and the external corner fixing pieces are arranged at external corners of the wall surface baselayer, and the veneers located on the two sides of the external corners are connected to the wall surface base layer through the external corner fixing pieces. The invention further provides a mounting method of the fabricated wall surface connecting and closing structure. The veneers and the wall surface base layer can be rapidly mounted, and therefore, the problems that the veneers are low in mounting efficiency, poor in quality and high in construction cost can be solved.
