The invention discloses a fastener structure for assembling type floor installation. The fastener structure comprises two first plate bodies, two second plate bodies and a ball body, wherein the ballbody is located between the two first plate bodies, four first connecting rods are hinged to the outer side wall of the ball body in a mutually opposite mode, fixing plates are hinged to the ends, away from the ball body, of the first connecting rods, and the outer side walls of the fixing plates are welded to the inner side walls of the first plate bodies. When the device is used, a first sleeve,a second sleeve and the ball body are arranged between the two first plate bodies, when the first plate body at the top of the ball body inclines, the first plate bodies drive one second inner rod toascend, the second inner rod drives a second supporting plate to move, the other second inner rod drives the fixing plates to move through the lever principle, through multiple times of reciprocatingmotion adjustment, the positions of the first plate bodies are located at the horizontal positions, and therefore the situation that the supporting effect is not ideal due to floor looseness is avoided.
